view account statistics, such as application-related statistics; change the account password; suspend or terminate the user’s access to the account; access or retain information stored as part of the account; receive account-related information to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable government request; restrict the user’s ability to delete or edit information or privacy settings.

As part of Credit Intermediation and in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations, CENTURY 21 Portugal is legally required to report client personal data related to their identity, credit obligations, and respective income to regulatory authorities overseeing its activities and to other public/official entities, including the following:
